Our farm also raises oats that we make into oatmeal, beef, pork,chickens, farm fresh eggs, and a fun oatmeal cookie which the recipe came from Mom. I always forget to list the honey, it is from our bees in the orchard.
Lois makes our jam from our fruit and we have added apple butter and this yummy pepper jelly. We hope to have an apple butter demonstration this fall, watch for details on our blog and website.
Your Gazette Times ad says you open for U-pick Monday June 18. Can you clarify (and maybe put on your website) when you really open, since June 18 is a Saturday?
